Noot Seear certainly fits the bill when it comes to onscreen bad girls. The 26-year-old, Canadian model-turned-actress, who stars as evil vamp Heidi in the upcoming New Moon, portrays a murderess facing the heat from the stars of Law & Order in a pictorial for the November issue of Harper’s Bazaar.
